SOLUTION

Branded YouTube channel for people to upload their videos of their video games skills, and the audience vote for their favourite each week. The Top 10 play in the final with the chance to gain an apprenticeship as a games tester.

SUMMARY

People are challenged to upload their video game talent onto a YouTube channel. Once uploaded they are filtered by the number of "views", "likes" and "dislikes", then after 10 weeks the Top 10 will be selected by a committee, and put through to the street final. The votes aren't necessarily about the best, like the most points gained for example but the people who entertain, so the most flair. The game console could be PlayStation and any game can be uploaded. The final will bring them all together in a street event where the competitors go head to head on a new game that's being launched. The 10 finalists all receive a copy of the new game with a console and the winner is offered a job with a top games company to be a games tester.
