The Hotel invites people to a Halloween themed experience where they will partake in an augmented reality, finding out the secrets from within. Users will download a special mobile application allowing them enter and share the experience. The format will be in a "cluedo style" where the guests have to unravel a mystery with The Hotel. The game is different for each user as there are different options and obstacles to send you on different paths and based on your room location you will be sent on a different trail. The user will then share their experience on social networking sites so view the alternate endings. The augmented story lets viewers see things through their phone that aren't there, like a dead body in the mirror or blood dripping from the ceiling that can only be seen with the phone application, creating a spooky and adrenalin pumping experience. Users who participate are put in a prize draw to win free nights of accommodation and trip to scary adrenaline pumping theme park.
